All packages are subject to change if further information is required at the time of applying for these permits/certifications or during construction.

  • House and Land Packages and advertised pricing refers only to the siting location selected by Oxford Green Homes in its sole discretion and is subject to change.

  • The information and estimated pricing are correct at the time of printing, but subject to change without notice.

  • Oxford Green Homes reserves the right to withdraw packages on land that has become unavailable or sold.
